Problems we solve

01

Payments are accepted by hand

A customer transfers money and sends a receipt, and a manager checks that it arrived, which is slow and error-prone.

02

Systems aren't connected

The order comes from the website, accounting lives in a spreadsheet and the customer is in the CRM, so data has to be duplicated.

03

The integration "almost works"

Payments sometimes aren't confirmed, order statuses drift apart, and nobody can find the cause.

We connect payment systems using their official protocols and set up status handling: the payment goes through, the order is confirmed and the data flows into your CRM and accounting system. Other integrations are built through APIs and webhooks.

    Manual payment or automatic?

    Manual acceptanceminutes and hours
    receipt✓

The customer sends a receipt to a messenger, the manager checks for the payment and changes the order status by hand.

    Automatic paymentseconds
    payment✓

The payment system tells the server, the order becomes "paid" by itself and the data goes to the CRM and the sheet.

If there are very few payments, manual acceptance may be enough. We will tell you when automation really pays off.

    Connecting in test mode

We connect the payment systems in test mode through their official protocols and set up status handling.

    Testing the scenarios

We check a successful payment, cancellation, a repeated payment and errors. We fix everything that behaves unexpectedly.

    Going live and support

We switch to production keys, check the first real payment, hand over the code and access to you and stay in touch.

    What it costs

We name the exact price and timeline after a short brief, once the scope is clear. The final price depends on:

    Frequently asked questions

Which payment systems do you connect?
Payme, Click and Uzum. Connecting requires a contract with the payment system on your company's side, and we will tell you which documents are needed.
How is it checked that a payment went through?
The payment system sends a notification to the server, we verify it and change the order status automatically. We test different scenarios: cancellation, repeats, errors.
Can our own system be integrated?
Yes, if it has an API or a way to export data. If not, we will discuss the options.
    Where does the money go?
To your account in the payment system. We do not accept or hold customers' money, we only set up the connection.
    How long does connecting take?
It depends on the number of payment systems and integrations, and on how quickly the payment system issues access. We name the exact timeline after the brief.
How are cancellations and refunds handled?
We set up the handling of cancellations and refunds under the rules of your payment system and check these scenarios during testing.
    How do you test payments?
In the payment systems' test mode: a successful payment, cancellation, a repeated notification and errors. We switch to production keys only after the checks.
What do you need from me to start?
A description of how you accept payments now, access to your site or system and information about the payment systems you want to work with.
    What happens after launch?
During the 1–3 month warranty period we fix bugs for free. New payment scenarios and further support are discussed separately.
