Frequently asked questions

What does the cost depend on and how do you calculate it?
It depends on the scope: the number of pages and screens, the set of features (customer account, payments, roles), integrations (CRM, payment systems) and the amount of content. We name the exact price and timeline after a short brief. The estimate is free and we reply within a few hours.
How does payment work?
We work on a 50% prepayment. We agree on how the remainder is paid in advance and fix it at the start of the project.
How do you work and how long does a project take?
Four stages: brief and analysis, design, development, and launch with support. We show interim results along the way, so you see the progress and can request changes before handover. The timeline depends on the task and is named after the brief, once the scope is clear.
What do I need to prepare and how many revisions are included?
We need a brief: what you want to get and for whom. Please prepare or send us the copy, photos, logo and other materials; we can help if needed. We agree and record the scope and revisions in advance, before development starts.
What do I get in the end: code, access, rights?
You get the source code and all access to the project (server, domain, admin panel, service accounts). After that you can develop it with us or on your own.
What happens after launch and how much does support cost?
During the warranty period (1–3 months) we fix bugs for free, answer questions in a Telegram chat and monitor server availability. Further support and development (new features, updates) is discussed separately for your task.
Can I update the content myself?
Yes. We build an admin panel or connect Google Sheets so you can change texts, products and prices without a developer.
Can you improve my existing website or connect it to a CRM?
We connect websites and services to AmoCRM, Bitrix24, Google Sheets, payment systems (Payme, Click, Uzum), SMS and email. Tell us what you already have and we will assess what is better: improving it or linking it to new services.
